This is a logging caboose I built from a
wood kit from
Northeast Model Products based on plans featured in
Garden Railway Magazine.
This was not an easy project and took me a number of months to build.
The caboose sits to high as the
wheels seem to be to big for this kit. I have added
another piece to the each end in order to try an attach a
coupler that will connect to my other cars.
Added
more detail. I created a smoke stack from brass tubing
and purchased some Ozark Miniatures details: grab
rails and step rungs.
