 SG Models Wooden Kits:  Sam's Shoe Shop,  Sheriff's Office, Assay Office, Hotel, and another Sam's Shoe Shop (Joe's Eats)

These are nice kits.  The instructions are a little vague and at times hard to follow.  I have experienced missing parts in most of the kits but the company sent out the missing parts right away.

The finished buildings are designed for use outside however, my observation is that they would not stand up well in the Pacific NW with all the rain.
